BEFORE: The client had inconsistent brand assets, product names, and no way of tracking orders or marketing their products outside of the farmer’s market. We worked on several iterations of logo and package design before finalizing the final look, feel, and voice.
AFTER (LINKED HERE): The client now has consistent brand assets and cohesive color palette and brand story. I built a client website, set up the product shop and eCommerce platform, and ensured that product names and descriptions were consistent across the website and that it was easy to navigate. I provided copywriting services for the website, product packaging, and descriptions. I also provided photography direction and shot lists to ensure we captured enough assets for the product shop online, as well as inspirational and lifestyle photography for the website. We also have more consistent lighting and visual story, whereas the previous photography was more varied. I gave the client a streamlined look and feel that’s simple to browse and clearly communicates the client’s mission and vision for her teas and herbs. As a result, her number of orders has increased, and she’s now able to reach customers across the country.
